From the eye appearance ( foamy/bubbly discharge inside the eye ), this is most consistent with Mycoplasma infection (CRD – Chronic Respiratory Disease).
Why Mycoplasma (CRD)?
❌️️Foamy or bubbly eye discharge (very typical sign).
❌️Swollen or watery eye.
❌️️Often no severe nasal discharge at early stage.
❌️Spreads fast in poultry.
What to do (short & practical)
✅️Treat with Tylosin, Tiamulin, Doxycycline, or Erythromycin.
✅️Add multivitamins (especially Vit A) in water.
✅️Isolate affected birds.
✅️Improve ventilation and reduce dust.
✅️If many birds are affected, treat the whole flock.
